October isn’t only Hoodoo Heritage Month, it’s SPOOKY SEASON too! We LOVEEEE Halloween at BEAUCOUP HOODOO! Join us for our collab with Publif Historian and spiritualist Morgan Lloyd for a Black haunted ghost tour of Congo Square! We'll start at Washington Square downtown, talking about what the space was before it was renamed and how it served as sacred ground for Black folks to commune, connect, and conjure together. We’ll identify some of the Spirits of Black folks that still roam there. From there, we'll head to gravesites to clean them off, pour libations, and give our collective thanks to the ancestors who paved the way before us.
