Commissioned from UK-based Brazilain transwoman artist Andreyaa Hora, 7 Sisters is a 5x7 framed print inspired by Marie Laveau and her seven daughters. These women were said to live in Algiers, New Orleans, the oldest site of Black people in they city. They were healers, wise women, brujas, seers, conjurers, Black magic women.
